Sudoku Competition is the largest Mensa Croatia's project that spans the entire year, with more and more students participating each year. In 2024, more than 9,500 students from 519 schools participated.

Mensa Croatia, Croatian Enigma Federation and the „Božidar Vranicki“ Enigmatic Club, organize the Sudoku Competition for Primary and Secondary Schools. In the largest sudoku competition in these parts, the students compete in three groups based on their age: Brighties (1st to 4th grade of primary school), Cadets (higher grades of primary school) and Juniors (secondary school students).

In 2015, the "Božidar Vranicki" Enigmatic Club organized a Sudoku competition for students from Split and the surrounding area, and over the years, with the help of the Agency for Upbringing and Education, schools from the Split-Dalmatia County, and then from other Dalmatian counties, joined the competition. In 2021, Mensa Croatia joined the project and the competition was held in schools throughout Croatia, at three levels: school, regional, and national.
